I'm only posting this to illustrate the wrong way to do it. ^_^

I noticed that her right leg was too long so I shortened it. the knee had been too far down. Then I did her foot but I kept looking at it and I hate it. It's this really awkward position that makes no sense. Why is she pointing her toes like that?

Then I realized. She's pointing her toe so that her foot goes far enough down.
Why does she have to point her toe for that you ask?

Because somewhere between filling out the volume and adding the clothes I rotated her hips. The original skeleton and volume sketches have her hips rotated but you'll notice the shorts in this sketch are parallell to the floor.

DOH!

Basically I had to erase the entire sketch from the waist down with the exception of the left knee. (left foot wasn't finished yet so it needed correction for another reason.

It was so painful to do. I've put a lot of work into this sketch I basically had to put the eraser down on the page and look away while I erased a bit just so I couldn't turn back.
